Why is there a group of strange brightly coloured animals standing in front of a section of the second floor?

Scratch that, why is there ANYTHING standing in front of a section of the second floor? Which happens to be roped off with police tape.

Also why is there no Ayumi to keep a handle on these things if someone decides to investigate them..?

((OOC - Cards outside include fox (pictured above) along with pheasant, lemur, and king cobra. :D Ayumi might appear depending on what you do though. -u-))

"Geez ... this place gets weirder every day." That was meant more for himself than Ayumi, this Conan not quite yet having surrendered to the logic-less logic of the Mansion. "Containing it?" Conan's questions are stopped as he sees the barrier in question. "... ha."

"Hnn, none that I know-" Turning to look at the barrier now. "Oh... He left it the way it was when I left..."

At least the chair is securely cordoned off -- no one is going to miss that amount of police tape or cones. Conan has a hard time crawling through the tape to get close enough to measure the chair.

She's not even gonna try getting through that. "Nn- How's the reading, Conan-kun?"

"It seems a shame to say it, given how much tape was devoted to it, but the chair's clear!" Pocketing the geiger counter, Conan began to crawl out of the space but quickly realised he wasn't going anywhere.
