That's an admirable drive. But consider the scenario where a victim, alive, who was stabbed is leaned against the door, rendering it impossible to open. If you had forced it like that, there is a high chance his wound would have been aggravated, not to mention the possibilities of shoving him over and worsening the wound. Have you thought of that?
