[Event] Whatever you do, don't high-five
Your hands look normal, feel normal, and even smell normal. There's nothing out of the ordinary... Except when you touch something (or someone) else~
You'll start leaving handprints, fingerprints, streaks of colour along the walls, furniture, and along other people's skin. There's a different colour for every different person, and who knows what happens when you high-five?
Be imaginative!
[Here is a colour generator~ Simply click 'Random Background' for your pup's colour, and then fill in this handy-dandy html so other people know what colour you've got!]
Filled code example:
Kaitou_1412 leaves fingerprints of this <b><font color="#D76498">color</font></b>.
Also, our apologies for the lateness of this event! There has been extreme RL busy-ness to contend with.

He hated KID. Hated him. Stealing attention from detectives, people loved him and he was a criminal.
It wasn't hard to hide the hate, just like it wasn't hard to hide anything else.

And what about -me-? came the annoyed voice of Conan, still determinedly trying to will his haircolour away.
You're different.

"So you know that much, then, Kudo-kun?"
no subject
"I didn't figure it out until after. Hakuba Saguru actually put the pieces together."
no subject
Thank you.
Stalker
Hey!
"He didn't have any proof, but he suspected I was Kid from the first time he met me."

HAKUBA!!
This time Kaito didn't care about looking odd, expression going blank as he mentally shook Hakuba for being an idiot.
"That... idiot," he managed out loud, attention still split.
no subject
Visibly ignoring the magician's odd distraction, internally making note of it.
no subject
"Well! Now that we've established your Hakuba is a little more of an idiot than mine..." trailing off, and hoping the mini tantei would continue the conversation for him, mentally leaning back against the embrace of warm gold, reassuring that he wasn't going anywhere.
no subject
"Yes, Kuroba?"
no subject
We ain't all been turned into peanut galleries, Kudo
Yes, but still...
"I don't know," said Kuroba amicably. "Anything else you want to tell me about your world? ...Is your Hattori still alive?" If he wasn't, then something was severely wrong with this Shinichi's world.
no subject
"Hattori-tantei was murdered during a case a while ago. The Holmes fanclub meeting, not that that would mean anything to you."
no subject
To green, slowly.
...Yeah. That was when I figured ou' Kudo was Kudo.
Blue, just as slow, and with added suspicion.
I don't like where this seems to be heading...
Outside, Kaito had barely a pause between asking and letting out a low whistle, shaking his head slowly.
"Damn. Your world doesn't seem to be having much luck." Then he grinned cheerfully. "At least it still has it's chibi-tantei Holmes~"
no subject
A shrug, glancing down. Light catching on his glasses and reflecting. It really was difficult, trying to take Them down virtually on his own.
Lonely.
"Just me."
But he could handle it. He could always handle it.
"So!" Looking up at the taller boy, interested. "Obviously things are a bit different where you're from."
no subject
"Yep!"
Kaito wiggled his fingers, appearing a yellow rose and presenting it to Conan. For a formal introduction, this seemed most suitable.
"Kuroba Kaito, Detective Magician, at your service!"
no subject
"So, detective, magician, and thief? Do you solve your own heists or something?"
no subject
"Now that would be cheating, tantei-kun~"
He waved his hand, expression sobering a little.
"I spent a little too much time in Beika one fine summer's day..." A sigh, a hand to his chest, and he really was hamming it up. "And poof! I inherited a certain detective's bad luck for finding bodies in unexpected places."
He grinned again, rather pleased with himself.
no subject
"Did that 'certain detective' get rid of his bad luck, or did it just multiply?"
no subject
"Tantei-kun doesn't do much solving nowadays." A little more sober, but that was appropriate as well.
no subject
"What's that supposed to mean? Both comments."
no subject
"Tantei-kun's bad luck might still be around, or it might have transferred to me."
A pause, then, looking down at Conan, something sad flickering across his face before it was wiped away.
"You're currently in a coma at Tokyo central hospital."
no subject
"What happened?"
Did it have something to do with Kuroba's eyepatch, or did that happen separately?
no subject
Kuroba's tone was quiet, inwardly reflective, his headmates silent for once.
"I though it would make a fine clue to be tripped over." An idle shrug, the casualness of it evidence enough to those who knew that Kaito felt more deeply than he was showing.
"In the chaos, it got turned on... and well. I'm not even sure what it did."
