[It seems the dressing room is adding to its collection of Rans. What makes this one interesting? Well, let's see...
She evidently hasn't been taking very good care of herself, for starters. She's thin enough for it to be unhealthy, and her eyes are dull and tired-looking. Her clothes are rather plain and neutral, not the bright colours she usually favours, and her hair is suffering the same neglect. Her reactions seem to be affected as well. It takes her a moment to even realize that she's not where she's supposed to be, and it's with more surprise than anything else]
W-where... is this...?

There's more than one of me - heck, I'm a girl, and I hear that's outside the norm for our worlds.
[she's trying to be reassuring and hoping to god it's working - thus her smile is slightly strained. she doesn't like seeing Ran like this]

This place is like- a crossroads between worlds. People end up here without any seeming reason.

Sorry.
[and pinches her, quite hard]
You're not dreaming.

It's real.
I... can't imagine how this must be for you, but I'm not going anywhere unless you want me to. You're still my best friend, Ran.

[she reaches out to Ran, wanting to comfort sher any way she can, a hand on her shoulder]
Hey, it's-- [except it's not okay. really not. Shinichi's dead.... and Minori... she didn't realise quite how much she -meant- to Ran.]
It's- it will get better.

I'm trying. I'm really trying.

[her tone is awkward, but sincere.]
I... can't even imagine what you're going through, Ran. I don't know what I'd do if I lost you... besides hunting your killers down with a vengeance. [she tries to inject some humour, but her tone falls flat and she continues with a shrug]
But... I guess I'm trying to say I understand, a little. And I'm here. So it's okay to not be the strong one for once.

Then what am I supposed to do? And Conan-kun... []

[the thought process doesn't take long, and she smiles a little awkwardly]
Conan's a smart kid. He... it might help him to have somoene else to grieve with.... Or go to Sonoko's house to cry if you have to. [she hesitates, then catches hold of Ran's shoulder with a little more urgency, wanting to capture her attention]
Just don't waste away like this!
I... I can't stand seeing you sad. I don't like seeing my best friend looking like this, Ran.

I-I'm supposed to be the strong one. Conan-kun's hurting so much already... and I've worried Sonoko-chan so much...

I'm not supposed to want y-- t-to want him back. [] I-I know it won't do any good. But I can't help it...
