[It seems that there is another 'Kaito' in the mansion today, with an interesting accessory around his neck. As far as Kaito's go though, nothing seems to be out of place... He's obviously happy (always happy, it's Kaito.), and he's just sitting down to eat in the cafeteria right now, and-]

"Heh. Itadakimasu!"

[...Hold on now.

Something isn't right here.]

THAT'S FISH-!]

[OOC - 'OK' or 'the other Kaito' is a little more cheery/'human' as a necessity in his world; since acting like the initial puzzle spirit (IE - SOCIOPATH) would very quickly make Yugi avoid him. Moreover, Hakuba and a number of Kaito's classmates figured out that there were 'two Kaito's fairly quickly, so it's a lot more accepted for them to switch around as opposed to Kaito constantly calling the shots.]

[Conan, nine year olds, looking a bit more ragged than normal, had just walked into the cafetria upon finding himself in the Mansion. Again.]

[Only to see Kaito.]

[Eating sushi.]

[Which did cause him to stare. Kaito had a phobia of fish, a rather dramatic one, last he knew, so wh-]

Did you really not know what that was?

[Kaito (Rather, 'OK' it seems) merely blinks and looks at Conan rather dully. Who was this again..?

Oh. That kid that the real Kaito runs into all the time.

He looks back at his sushi.] "Of course I know what it is." [Grab fish.

Chew. Chew.

Swallow.]

And you're eating it?

...well, I guess there would be a world where Kaito didn't develop his irrational phobia of fish.

[But it's just so WEIRD to see.]

[Pause.

Oh right. It was only the class that...

A bit of Kaito is coming to mind. Time to completely roll with this (though he's not really sure about the other world thing what-)] "Of course I'm eating it. It's my lunch. And why would I be afraid of fish anyway? Nothing wrong with them..."

[As Kaito foams inside the puzzle somewhere...]

...you know, I don't know why. Just the Kaito I know would always freak out at them. Kind of funny, actually.

[He shrugs, studying this one a bit. He noted the pause, and there were others things that were Off, but that could be a world thing.]

"Huh. Is that so." [Did his eyes just flash? They might have. And-

WAIIIIIIIIIT when did Kaito have red eyes?] "Interesting. But if there's more than one world, then I can't be the same in all of them right?" [That grin. It... It's just a bit too creepy for 'Kaito'...]

[Conan blinked at that. Well then.]

[Though he wasn't...as worried about the grin, really. Not yet. Mostly because he knows of an alternate future him who seems to go crazy and then there was that whole assassin him deal....]

[But it does make him watch Kaito just a bit more.]

No, you can't. I'd hardly expect you to, but that was something rather constant.

Though, when the person ends up being different be it species or some magical ability, the differences do become a bit more obvious.

"Really now..?" [Ohohohohoh... Good thing you're not some sort of prick or you'd find out how 'obvious' obvious was...] "What kinds of other 'mes' have you met then?" [At least he's got a more convincingly Kaito-look now; mostly because he genuinely wants to know really.]

[He does try to avoid being one.]

A lot. The one from home, several here, heard about a few others. [Shrugs.] Some with small differences, others with pretty major ones. [And ones who were kind of broken, which was actually kind of heart wrenching to see.]

For the most part, they're human. Normal human, or as normal as Kaito can be. The eye changing is new. And... [A pause, studying him.] Something about your hair looks a bit off too. Messier and the color is... [He tilts his head, looking curious, trying to get the light to hit it differently so he could put his finger on what.]

The ends are colored.
