Well, that was easy enough to counter. He didn't need to dodge, just use his combat knives to knock them out of trajectory of anything vital, though he wasn't quite fast enough to stop the one that grazed his shoulder.

He doesn't let that slow him down though. instead he throws another couple of his throwing knives. With a purpose.
