Surely that meant that it had to be Shinichi; Ran couldn't imagine one of the 'real' Conans pulling something like that off, and Shinichi had seemed to be of the same opinion. If Shinichi was definitely 'dead' on that world, that meant that not only was that Conan an actor, which would probably make him even harder to spot, but he had very convincingly faked his death -- or, Ran realizes with a chill, had someone killed in his place.
